As others have said, Robert is a true craftsman for his own part and managed the subs well to do fastidious work. The project was on-time and on-budget. Couldn't ask for more.My project was to divide the back half of a four-car tandem garage to create a wood shop. It involved carpentry, drywall installation, addition of two new circuits for power, installation of a mini-split heat pump to allow year-round work and installation of a roll-up door to the other half of the garage. In a few weeks, Robert put together a project schedule, lined up the subs, put together a cost estimate for all labor and materials and got the building permit application in. During the actual construction work we were out of town, but Robert kept us up to date with photos and, where necessary, questions as the project proceeded. Everything was kept neat and clean (according to our neighbors). When we returned the project was complete and more than met my expectations. I would cheerfully hire Robert again and highly recommend him.
