David K. says, "I had Brandon do some work for me on a rental house I own in Creswell, OR. Since I live in Florida we communicated via text and cell phone. He was the fourth handyman I spoke with about the work but the first that understood the scope and nature of the work with minimal explanation. Once on site he went right to work and completed assigned task. I also had him crawl under the house to do investigate and send me photos of the existing condition. Together we came up with a solution for the conditions. He had to make a run to the hardware store because I had underestimated the amount of materials needed but he still managed to complete all the work in less time than I had originally anticipated and as a licensed General Contractor and a retired Road and Bridge Engineer, I am normally very good at estimating the time required to complete projects. The most important thing to me is that my Tenants told me that if we ever need additional work done on the house, they I have Brandon come do it."See more
