WE FOUND ROBERT WHEN WE WERE IN A TIME PINCH TO GET PAINTING DONE BEFORE A INSTALLATION OF NEW CARPET. HE HAD AN IMMEDIATE OPENING, WHICH WAS GREAT FOR US; HE GAVE US A QUOTE WE COULD LIVE WITH, CAME IN UNDER COSTS, AND PROVIDED DETAILED EXPENSE BREAKDOWN.
