- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd begin with a phone call or message to understand the scope of the job needed. I'm happy to talk through clients questions, and ask follow-up questions to best understand the project at hand,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the home construction business for 25 years, starting as a welder's apprentice, allowing me to work on job-sites for many years. As a homeowner myself, I've gained years of experience remodeling, fixing, and working on my own home. I also work as a metal and wood fabricator, which has increased my skills greatly (including working with clients/homeowners).
