Zech did an outstanding job mounting two TV’s in our home, one above fireplace. Very clean job, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend Zech … 5 starts from me!

I had needed a just a small Project done of adding a dimmer switch installed in my bedroom for some time. One of those jobs that was on the list for too long! I met Zech and he shared with me he was a handyman and it was just the next day that he kindly came over and installed the switch. He was quick and polite and even helped with another small house project of hanging a few pictures. It’s hard to find someone you can trust and feel taking care of and not taken advantage of with such small but helpful jobs. I highly recommend using Ponderosa Home Maintenance when you need someone reliable.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On small jobs, I typically charge $100 for the first hour and then $60 an hour after that.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to figure out the scale of what they want done, if it a bigger job, a quote is required, but for smaller work an hourly rate plus materials is simpler. Once I determine what they want the end state to be I get to work!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 10 years as a carpenter in the Navy, during that time I attended multiple courses on carpentry and home building and finish work, electrical, welding, and woodworking. I have also worked as a woodworker and metal fabricator and have a special love for making furniture.
