Todd was referred to us from our realtor for some work that came up on our inspection report, including repairing a 4x8 floor beam that had been cut in half. His work, communication, timeliness, etc were all above and beyond. He actually came with a days notice because of our urgency and squeezed us in before he started another big job. He wrote up a nice repair report with images and description of repairs and we were able to close on time.
