- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your needs; what type of clean you’re looking for, the condition of the home, and how often you want service. From there, we provide a clear quote and set expectations before the job begins. Once scheduled, our cleaners arrive with a checklist-driven process, complete the work, document the clean, and communicate any notes or recommendations, and do a final walk through to make sure you are happy. Our goal is a smooth, hands-off experience so you don’t have to manage or babysit the process.
