- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is built around realistic expectations that respect your home and the level of care required to maintain it. We don’t race to the bottom on price, because quality is the first to compromise. Pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of work, service frequency, and the condition of the space. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. If something requires additional time or effort, it’s discussed upfront so expectations are clear before the service begins. We do offer discounted pricing for scheduled recurring services, including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. Recurring service provides the best overall value by keeping your home consistently maintained and reducing the time and effort required at each visit. Our goal is predictable, transparent pricing that reflects the time, care, and attention needed to do the job properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a brief conversation or quote request to understand your space, needs, and expectations. From there, we recommend the appropriate service type and confirm scope, timing, and any special considerations. Once scheduled, the process is designed to feel organized and predictable. You’ll receive clear communication before the visit, a Provider who arrives prepared and aligned to expectations, and a clean wrap-up once the service is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our approach is grounded in professional service management, established quality standards, and disciplined, repeatable workflows. The owner and founder comes from a background in private home service and estate management, including formal training and certification focused on managing high-expectation residential environments and service delivery. That experience directly informs how TurnKey operates today. Every Provider we work with is onboarded through a structured process designed to ensure alignment with our standards for quality, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. We place greater emphasis on real-world execution, accountability, and consistency than on buzzword certifications, because lasting quality is demonstrated through results, not labels.
