- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we visit the property to assess if we’re a good fit as your property manager. Next, we advise on any necessary tenant improvements to prepare the home. We manage quality homes that align with their neighborhoods. Once the management agreement is signed, we handle the remaining steps to get the home rent-ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10+ years of large scale property management experience in a major West Coast city before creating Big Eddy PM in Bend. As veterans in this business, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Our team is seasoned in handling a wide array of challenges, whether they pertain to tenant relations or staying ahead of the constantly evolving legal requirements.
