Many agents feel the need to just get their clients to buy, and do not tell them the negatives on a property. I do, I promise full disclosure and complete honesty about the positives AND the negatives. My only duty is to my clients, not to other agents in my brokerage who want me to sell their listings, not to a seller who has listed with me as I do NOT take listings and work in a small family brokerage. I am also an extremely good communicator and listener. Meeting new people from all over the World. I am a writer as well as a Realtor, and I learn so much about the human condition and how it varies around the World simply by listening to my clients. And there is nothing better than helping people solve a problem, in this case finding the right home, and then coming out the other side with success and happy clients!
