To whom it may concern I can't recommend Dan Wright enough when it comes to services in computers!!! I have used many other facilities & private internet companies to service my needs in my professional field of photography & on many occasions I have been in need of help. I used BIS (Dan Wright) & he was amazing!! Not only did he locate my challenges quickly, his availability to help me was with in 24 hrs & pretty much within the first hr of my phone call. He can access my computer from where ever I am & not to mention has the BEST monthly & yearly rates than anyone I've ever used in the past. I won't go anywhere else not even the big wigs can roll like Dan can. Thank you Dan for being my # 1 provider in your field. I look forward knowing that all my computer information is safe & secure if anything were ever to happen to my lap top!! You truly are the BEST!!! I would highly recommend your Company & do recommend to all the people I know. I also share with them how you were able to recover pretty much all of my lost work after a big crash on my computer. Dan and Tom came to the house. Prompt and on time. Got me connected to Internet in a jiffy. When then trying to print from that computer we had no luck. They said it was because I was using windows XP. Don't quite understand that as I could print from there before. We tried reinstalling the print drivers but they wouldn't install. Now my other computer is slow and won't print either. I will have them back to correct. Good guys and yes I will use them again.
