I provide yoga and personal training for everyone, no matter what level. I love incorporating yoga into all areas of fitness, whether that be through physical poses or utilizing the breath to complement your training. I offer one-on-one as well as small group training.
FITNESS FOR MOTHERHOOD
I am a pre-natal/post-partum Corrective Exercise Specialist and work closely with women to help them have a fit pregnancy and recover quickly after giving birth.
