Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We understand that in order to build a well crafted home, You need a well crafted set of plans. Plans and design that are thoroughly thought out given the lots topographical survey, and the families requirements. It takes commitment and attention to detail to design such a home and it's that attention to detail that sets Summit Ridge design apart. At Summit Ridge we don't just draw lines and circles like the drafting days of the past, and the way most architect and designers are still designing homes today. We take the time to understand each family and their needs. We then begin a process of designing the project with the very latest and sophisticated autocad building information software that allow us to show you exactly what the project will look like before construction begins. Take a look at our webpage at the design process and we think you will agree. www:summitridgellc.net This 3D walkthrough and flyby is of an actual design and this is what we are able to show our clients. I love the creative side of it. Looking and exploring different layouts and elements. Learning about the clients hopes and family dreams and working together in creating a living environment that fulfill’ s most if not all some of their dreams is extremely rewarding.

Nancy and I have built three homes together and this latest one began with the design works of Wade McGilvra of Bearcreek design. This fellow is the best designer we have ever worked with. his professional approch and understanding of space and mass, resulted in our completion of the best home plan in the subdivision. after we moved in the neighbors came over and commentet that they wish they too had the saime designer.

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The Parker Redsidence on the lake in Lake Oswego. This is an $11.6 million dollar home with a difficult lake front site and a dificult juristicition to work with. The home actually sits over the lake 31 feet with a two door garage for the famlies water toys. There is a height restriction on the property and we were able to design the home to within 2 inches of it, and acheive exactly what the owner wanted.
