Dahrla has been providing private classes for my daughter twice a week for about 3 months. What started out as general fitness training has evolved into martial arts training as well as fitness. My daughter LOVES it (and has lost weight). She is friendly, competent and reliable. Not to mention flexible in scheduling and reasonable fees. We feel very lucky to have met Dahrla and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in either martial arts training or just needing a personal trainer.

As with anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. If you want an easy way to get in shape without putting in the work, I'm sorry, but it just does not exist. You could go buy some 'It Works! Body wraps' but you're just wasting your money... there is no magic pill or saran wrap around your tummy that replaces proper eating/ drinking habits and resistance training that is tailored to your current training level. I've been working with Alex since 2014, and I'm very happy with what I've been able to accomplish with his guidance. I'm attaching some photos of what West Coast Strength has done for me. Awesome guy for sure. He shows you how to do each exercise he teaches you right and if it hurts he'll give you an alternative one that doesn't hurt you at all. I guarantee if you work with him he will give you probably one of the best training sessions of your life. He definitely gave me one
I was recommended to this trainer be a friend of mine who trained with him to get better at volleyball. I am playing soccer in high school and its my last year, so I really wanted to be good to show colleges what I can do. Before, I couldn't run for a whole game and I wasn't even close to being the fastest girl on the team. After training with him I was able to last the whole time, and was the second fastest on my team :) He helps with agility and flexibility as well which really improved my game. Physical fitness is an aspect of my life that has traditionally alluded me. I had gone to the gym on and off in the past and in college I thought I really knew what I was doing. However, somewhere between graduating college, working a full-time job, and getting married, I lost the drive and focus needed to maintain an active lifestyle. I soon found myself unhappy with my body and felt lethargic throughout the day. So, I decided to make a change. Over the next year I set nutritional goals and worked on my cardiovascular fitness. After a year of running I was fifty pounds lighter but I had not set foot in a gym. I wanted to go to the gym and work on resistance training. However, in all honesty, I had avoided the gym because I felt as if I needed more knowledge before entering a weight room. Then I found G3 and Henry. Henry gave me a tour of the gym and I was impressed by his positive attitude and how approachable he was. I tried one personal training session with Henry and since that first session I havent had a moment of disappointment. I cant begin to thank Henry enough for helping me reach my fitness goals. Henry creates a positive atmosphere for his clients that help them reach their desired goals. However, possibly even more importantly, Henry helps his clients build a strong sense of confidence while working out. That sense of confidence is priceless when it comes to weight training and I no longer avoid going to the gym. In fact, I am excited every time I go to the gym. Henry constantly provides fresh training regimes that are fun and effective. He has taught me how to work out safely, effectively, and properly. Working with Henry continues to be one of the smartest fitness decisions I have made and I look forward to continuing to train with him in the future.

Jeremiah is an amazing coach. He was so good at training on an individual basis, even when you were in a group setting, modifying any of his routines to fit your abilities. He could realize everyone's potential and make you want to push yourself. It was always varied and always fun - lots of laughing along the way. I was in my best shape (at 66) when I was training under Jeremiah. I wish you could clone him so he would still be here. He is a true inspiration to me and very mature beyond his years.
Zack designed an in home resistance training program for me to supplement the aerobic training I was doing on my own. The program has made a world of difference in my overall fitness. Melissa is a miracle worker! I started at Spired with very little background in fitness and strength training; I could hardly do one assisted push-up, I hated sweating, and loathed the idea of a monotonous gym routine. Well, here I am four months later: 36 lbs lighter, dominating 30+ push-ups per session, sweating like a pig (and loving it), and doing anything BUT a monotonous gym routine. Simply put, Melissa makes working out fun. She has always made me feel comfortable and encouraged. After our recent move, I have to say how much I truly miss my trainer, my training sessions, and that constant encouragement. Youre good was the best thing I heard all week sometimes.One of the greatest things about Colt is that he didn't just train me while I was there in Eugene, he developed a set of routines I could do with hand weights and resistance bands. And a set for when I can get a TRX strap, available online. I've been at my daughters in Utah for almost two weeks now, and Ive been running, but I havent pulled out my workout notebook yet. When I began training I couldn't even walk my mile without breathing really hard with a heavy barking noise. Medically cleared for all health issues , it was clear I was very out of shape. Coach Rich takes his knowledge and uses it to personalize my workouts . He is in constant contact with me , guiding me. I have made so much progress physically and mentally. I'm down 22 pounds. I've never been athletic , so it is challenging . Coach Rich is with me at every rep, encouraging me along the way. My goal is 80 more pounds and I used to be afraid I would die this way.
