- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum of 1 hour to cover my time and fuel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer to find out exactly what they want done and ask questions about anything i feel needs to be explained more. That way I do it how they want the first time. I don't want anyone to be unhappy with my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took a summer job in highschool and enjoyed the work and making customers happy.
