- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward. We charge a percentage of the rent we actually collect, plus a few clearly defined one-time fees (like onboarding or leasing). No surprise charges or hidden markups. We explain everything upfront and keep it simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your goals. If it’s a good fit, we onboard the property, set you up with an owner portal, and take over tenant communication and operations. From there, we handle the day-to-day and keep you informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to being licensed, we manage properties we personally own, so this isn’t theoretical for us. We’ve built and operated a large rental portfolio and use proven systems, software, and processes to manage properties responsibly and efficiently.
