FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would prefer to do a flat rate because that's how my mother always did it. Plus you know how many hours you'll be in the home and the pay is always the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer to come and meet the person and take a look at what is expected of me once I start the job. I want clear communication as to what is expected of me, and what I expect of the new client. Such as How many hours a day. How many days a week, month. Is this going to be a flat rate such as 4 hr. = 60.00. Or hourly for how many hours, and how much per hour. Just simple things like pay check is in same place each time, and if something needs done one week leave note with direction.be willing to communicate well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several professional references, and was taught by my mother who was a professional cleaner for over 30 years.
