I have never ever been more disappointed in a Carpet Cleaning Company. He seemed to base his the job completion on movement rather than my carpet being clean. I showed him several stains that were in the carpet and he brushed it off saying if the stains could be removed , they would have been removed by his incredible equipment. I then asked him if he had done the stair way because it looked to me like it had not been touched. So after he left I cleaned the stairs and had no problem removing the stains that he claimed could not be removed. This guy in my opinion is just lazy and arrogant. I would never ever hire him again

Steve, I would have gladly rushed back to your location and taken care of any areas of concerned you had. If you were still unimpressed I would have provided you with a full refund. I did not get a call from you letting me know you were unhappy.
