Tried to charge me for an estimate that he never came out to my home for. No estimate was provided and didn't respond to my inquiries...still sent me a bill.

Still is a FRAUDULENT review. I did not schedule, plan or accept your task. We had zero communication after you had sent the pictures of what you were seeking. As I am not someone who builds roofs. There is nowhere on my profile or listed skills that states that that is something I am offering or am qualified to do.
The estimate was scheduled to be sent at a later time. I specifically have it set to automatically send and request the set base hourly pay. I did not purposely intend for it to be sent, I forgot to select "NO HIRE" in the drop down menu. Which would cancel the automated estimate request. So for that I do apologize.
As for the 1 star review, I'd very much appreciate it if you could kindly delete that. Or I'd ask you to accurately rate me based on work that I actually have provided and completed.
