Jordan was the BEST! I picked up a washer/dryer from my house (he arrived right on time), transported it on my friend’s house and installed it. He let her know what was goin on all along the way and even helped deal with a dead bird they found in the vent. He had it installed quickly and took major care not to damage the closet doors or surrounding trim. He was friendly and professional. He had all the tools needed and even an extra vent hose just in case. I’m keeping his number and will be hiring him again!

JESM was a bust for me. He worked one evening for about 3 1/2 hours and though it was an adequate clean up for that time frame I was ultimately gutted. My 83” by 83” storage space had a rat infestation. Though the Rodents were gone there was a great deal of droppings and debris. He came with next to no cleaning tools or cleaners ( he simply didn’t use any!) I ended up cleaning myself. He did empty out the shed and swept it and replaced a couple of panels of insulation. Doing the cleaning myself wasn’t the upsetting part , it was what he charged me for what he did. $680.00! I was shocked. I wish I had argued. I didn’t. I was confused and a bit intimidated. Buyer beware. Be clear about what you need and agree to a price that is reasonable.
