Michael arrived at precisely the agreed upon time, and promptly started to work. He worked efficiently with meticulous attention to detail. His task was to repair or replace a 48 year-old roof gable screen. He was unable to due a straight replacement because the screen size was no longer readily available. He was able to remove the old screen assembly, and then remove the screen, itself before carefully installing a new screen and securing it snugly He obviously took pride in his work. He was pleasant as he worked, and I was completely satisfied with the results. I will definitely call him again if the need arises.

Michael is AMAZING. Great work at a good value. I will keep bringing him back for every project I have around the house.
He did a bathroom (shower install, tile work), reframed a wall and placed a barn door, built a wall and access door, and other odd jobs around the house.
Never once had to worry about the work getting done!

Every now and then, we get lucky when hiring people thru various online apps, and this is one of those times. We reached out to this company and were totally pleased with the work done by Michael. Our pricing is based on the scope of work that needs to be done, and any potential discounts will depend on the size and complexity of the project. We also include a fee for materials and labor, as well as any additional fees that may be associated with the project. We pride ourselves on being transparent and upfront about our pricing so that our customers can make an informed decision. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding our pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has decided to move forward with the project, I like to schedule an initial meeting to discuss the project in detail.
During this meeting, I will ask questions to get a better understanding of your needs, style, budget, timeline, and any other preferences. I will also take this opportunity to review any plans or drawings that may have already been drawn up, as well as take measurements of the space if needed.
After this initial discussion, I will then move forward with creating a detailed proposal, which will include a breakdown of the materials and labor costs associated with the project. If you are happy with the proposal, I will then create a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, and timeline for the project. Once the contract is signed, I will then move forward with ordering materials and scheduling the work to begin.
Throughout the project, I will keep you and other relevant parties informed of the progress and adjust the timeline and scope of work as needed. Upon completion of the project, I will also perform a walkthrough to ensure that everything meets your expectations.
I understand that remodeling projects can be stressful, so we strive to make it as simple, transparent, and straightforward as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home improvement contractor with over 10 years of experience in bathroom remodeling and home improvements. I have extensive knowledge of the materials and techniques used in construction, and I am comfortable working with a variety of tools and equipment. Additionally, I have a thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
