Very happy with Erick’s work on our fence & gate. He was friendly, professional & easy to work with, and we felt like the pricing was fair and work quality was great. We plan on having him do future remodels for us. Highly recommend

After the ice storm in 2024, a builder defect was exposed, when our roof started leaking. After we had the roof repaired we discovered we had mold growing inside an interior wall.
We called Eric at On Demand Handyman, and as soon as he came out to do the quote we knew had called the right man for the job.
He work is amazing! Eric explained everything he was doing, worked quickly and efficiently and kept the disruption and mess to the minimum. He cut out the moldy sheetrock, cleaned up all the mold and sealed sealed all the internal framing, replaced the sheetrock and re textured the wall, then color matched the paint perfectly!
Looking at the wall, you can't tell there was ever and issue or a repair done!
He was very professional, efficient and had awesome communication! We have found the new Handyman for all of our future home repairs and projects!

Eric is amazing! The quality of his work is next to none! He doesnt leave or stop until the job is not only done, but that your happy with it. If I ever have questions, even after he's done, he always makes time for me. I can reach out anytime, and trust that I'm not being taken advantage of (as a single woman). His pricing is fair...i often feel like I'm actually the one taking advantage of him! You won't ever be disappointed with him!
