Customers hire me because I bring professional, journeyman-level trade experience and a deep understanding of how homes and buildings actually work. I spent over a decade in the trades as a journeyman millwright and have hands-on experience across HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression systems, electrical fixtures, and full residential construction. I’ve also helped build a home from the ground up, which gives me a complete, systems-level approach to every project. I handle a wide range of interior and exterior work including flooring, trim and molding, cabinets, tile work, decks, railings, fencing, siding, windows, pressure washing, gutter and chimney cleaning, roof moss removal, trench digging, in-ground sprinkler systems, firewood cutting and stacking, landscaping, and general home repairs. I also take on light electrical and fixture installs, always with safety and code awareness in mind. In addition to my trade background, I currently manage a rental portfolio, so I understand the importance of durability, efficiency, and doing things right the first time. I’m reliable, communicate clearly, keep a clean jobsite, and treat every home as if it were my own. This work allows me to stay flexible during the slow season while continuing to deliver professional-level results for my customers.
