First off, should go without saying that the person who came to clean was very professional, polite and respectful. The problem is more with the scheduling and the type of service that was provided vs what I was told to expect. I had asked for 2-3 people to come do a deep cleaning of the house, which was supposed to take a couple hours. Instead there was one person (who was great), but she was here for close to 6 hours. The other big thing is that we had a service scheduled for a Wednesday at 9am. I had to call by 940 because nobody had shown up, then they had said that the person who was supposed to do the cleaning was sick. The company was quick and responsive from the jump, but I feel like the ball was dropped on their end. 4/5 stars because of the responsiveness and professionalism of the cleaner.

The owner accommodated me with two days' notice. The crew cleaned our 2BR apartment while we were at work, and it was sparkling when we got home. Great service, highly recommend!
