FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step I take is to schedule a time to meet my new client. Second is all about listening then I ask questions. Third is I prepare a professional proposal with price estimate. Once I am hired I continue with the same professionalism such as showing up on time and doing what I say I will do.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

To maintain my Oregon State contractors license I must participate in on going continuing education in my field.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When choosing a contractor always check with the Construction Contractors Board to verify an active license and proper bond/insurance amounts. There is a direct link to the Oregon Construction Contractors board on my website...rapidrepairandremodel.com You can check out my license #157044 or any other contractor's license history there. Happy remodeling !
