Wedding and Event Videography

Ben was great to work with and worked with us through a wedding during Covid-19. It was daunting to find a videogrpaher, but Ben took a stressful process and made it easy. We appreciate his work with us and would absolutely work with him again.

Ben was great to work with. We hired him last minute for our wedding because we decided that video footage would be invaluable. Despite the last minute request, he never skipped a beat. He was reasonable, showed up on time, and was very professional. Post-wedding he provided us with a high-quality highlight video and a video of our entire ceremony to share with those who couldn't make it, as per our request. The added bonus was that he finished it when he said he would--something that is rare in the wedding industry. We look back our videos and it brings back the flood of emotions we felt on that special day. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, Ben!

Video Editing

Very unfortunate I have to write this. Ben was a nice guy but when it came down to it the video was absolutely nothing like what I asked for. About 1/3rd of the length and he blames me for “not giving him exactly what I wanted shot” which i did and had a very good idea of what I wanted. Then he expected full payment when it wasn’t anywhere near what I needed for my project. Takes the 50% paid before hand and gives me nothing unless I pay him the rest which I wouldn’t even pay that additional for the whole video it’s self. Also he said 2-3 weeks and it jusr got finished about 2 months and 3 weeks later. And yes only 1/3rd of what I asked for. Unless your prepared to pay for something you don’t want and have him not do anything about it. He isn’t your guy. Sorry Ben. Tried to reason with you but you don’t do anything about it.

While it’s always unfortunate to know a client is unhappy. It’s important to keep reviews truthful and honest. This project was given a significant discount (approximately 1/10th regular price) with an understanding that this was going to be a creative project with flexible guidelines and that other larger projects would take priority as they had paid full price for services. I apologize that you were unhappy with the service, however I would advise paying market price in the future and not offering social media followers in lieu of payment.
