- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free walk through consultations as well as discounts and free items the bigger the project is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start all projects with a free on site walk through with our owner Mario Mata. He will go through the project and ideas with you and then send over a proposal via email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead members have over 10 years of on site work education and they lead a crew of very trained and capable crew members.
