- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not really complicated. Usually all replacement parts are included in the price and it is presented to customer before beginning of the work. In case there is only inspection services required before customer decides on how to proceed with repairs, additional parts and labor charged separately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning. Mostly doing online courses on various aspects of my profession.
