Andrey saved me a ton of headache and frustration when he was able to recover the full contents (approx. 120gb of data) of a dead laptop in a couple days time. This laptop was completely dead and won't even turn on. After several days of this, I finally started looking for a Portland local data recovery service and found Andrey online with excellent thumbtack reviews. I'm a fairly critical review reader, and I couldn't believe that all the reviews for this place were legit, but after experiencing his fantastic service I can see why everyone raves about him.

Prompt service, I was able to drop off my PC. They told me they would run a diagnostic test for 24-48 hours to determine what's wrong with it. Next morning I received a call with the bad news. I liked the honesty... They told me it was not even worth fixing it so they backed up all the data from hard drive and transferred to my second PC. I liked the service very much!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is not really complicated. Usually all replacement parts are included in the price and it is presented to customer before beginning of the work. In case there is only inspection services required before customer decides on how to proceed with repairs, additional parts and labor charged separately.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always learning. Mostly doing online courses on various aspects of my profession.
