Edward did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. He removed cabinets without damaging walls and removed a tub surround and a soffit over our bathtub. He created a custom niche in the bathtub wall, and also a between-the-studs storage niche next to our toilet. He is skillful at repairing damaged walls and ensuring that walls are plumb before installing tile. He also installed a recessed vanity mirror with lights which required re-routing of the electrical wiring as it was too short, and replaced our existing exhaust fan and toilet. He is a very hard-working, skillful and creative worker with many talents for construction design. When complications arise he always has a quick plan to solve the problem. I will look to him again for future projects.

Edward truly impressed us from start to finish! He responded to our inquiry within seconds of requesting a quote. He arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. He took the time to listen to our concerns and our needs. While at the house we also asked him questions about couple of other possible future projects, he willingly and patiently answered our questions and even gave us an idea in terms of costs. Within 10 minutes after he left, he sent us a detailed estimate. Now, we rarely move forward with a project without doing multiple estimates, but we were so impressed with Edward’s promptness, knowledge, and fair costs, we hired him right away. He truly made one heck of a first impression! He completed the project all by himself in two days! We’re talking a whole room conversation from estimate to completion in literally 3 days. Needless to say, we highly recommend Edward for any home remodel or improvement project! Looking forward to hiring him again for future projects.

Edward did a great job on my bathroom, replacing the bathtub, 3 wall surround, shower door and vanity. He finished off the walls perfectly after fitting the new surround into the studs, altered the plumbing neatly and cleaned up well. No loud radios or music, thank you! He quoted me considerably less than the other quote I got and didn’t try to upsell me. I will definitely hire him again.

Edward is an outstanding professional. Shows up when he says he will, highly knowledgeable, does exactly what he says he'll do, completely transparent about pricing, and provides invoices and receipts (I've learned that's not a given with others). I received a few bids for my shower /tub install but I just trusted Edward would see the job through the best with very little stress on me. And that's exactly what happened! He is so calm, and smooth in his work.
