Introduction: It's important to me to do a bang up job, get things sparkling, and leave my customers happy with the results. You will find me to be kind, respectful, honest, conscientious, and hard working. I care about the work that I do, and my clients notice the difference. Neurodivergent households welcome! I can help you with maintenance cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, offices and common areas of your home. Deep cleaning of desired areas is also an option. The cleaning products I use are green, environmentally friendly, effective and especially great for homes with children and/or pets. I use my own supplies and equipment on the job. The only thing I request be provided is a toilet brush in each bathroom because they are not designed well for for portability. My quotes represent a flat rate for standard cleaning based on a list of tasks. I often rotate increased detail in areas of the home, as time allows, to give elements of deep cleaning to recurring clients while keeping a predictable cost. Additional requests can sometimes be swapped out for things on the list that are of lower priority (but relatively equivalent time/difficulty), or added. If tasks are added, the flat rate quote will likely increase a bit to compensate. *Initial cleanings may need to be spread out over two appointments if a home has not been professionally serviced in the past month or requires deeper cleaning, especially in bathrooms/showers. Note: Handling animal waste is not a service that I offer.
