- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a two hour minimum, and charge quarterly (every 15 minutes) there after. This goes for every service and rate that we have to offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Seamless. We keep the scheduling process very simple for the customer and most of it can be custom tailored by the customer through our online scheduling system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're approaching our 10th anniversary as a moving company. That's a whole lot of customers helped during that time =).
