I have had the distinct pleasure of working with the outstanding DJ, Denmark W on several occasions. He is my dependable go-to-guy when I want to host a great and fun party. I started using his services for a very special and personally important party. Not only did he read the large and diverse group of attendees well and played a fantastic range of suitable music, but he kept us entertained with games of participation and crazy fun throughout a long, celebratory evening. All guests were welcome to participate, have a little gentle fun poked at them in a sweet way, and then all laugh together at the outcome. I was hooked! And since then I have used his services for at least one party per year in different locations around my hometown, Portland, OR. These have ranged from personal parties, fundraiser events, and movie nights. I have attended elegant weddings and children's parties where his adaptable style perfectly fits the mood of each event. At one of my parties, he shared the stage with a live band, and he shared some of his equipment when the band found they were missing some. He and the band members built an instant rapport that has lasted during later encounters over the years. At fundraisers he takes on the helpful duty of encouraging bidders to get on with the business of raising money for our very worthy cause. He has always arrived early or on time, and ready to pitch in with whatever is needed; indoors or out; rain or shine. He is open to the host and the guests at events, willing to take suggestions, and prepared with options and sometimes surprises. For the first event I hired Denmark, I gave him a set list request, and he did a great job extrapolating and spinning tunes I would never have considered with happy, pleasing results. He has stepped in to lead dances when the floor gets a little confused or lost; every time there was unity and good times restored to the dance. He graciously accepts a dance request from me near the end of his shift at each event, and he dances as smoothly as he spins! He has served as MC at events as planned, and he has also stepped up to the role with easy grace when another planned MC was not able to perform that duty. His smile and laugh grace the entire span of each event without fail, adding a wonderful personal touch to a very professional job. I cannot wait to host another event and use the services of this wonderful guy. Everyone should be so lucky!
The photobooth was one of the highlights of our reception! Zach was great and helped keep the party going. The spot where the photo booth was to go was smaller than anticipated but he was able to quickly figure it out ☺ it was so nice that they could be printed immediately with the option of getting it emailed or texted as well. I am so glad I went with Apogee!
Shiva is amazing. He was personable, professional and fun to work with. We hired him for our daughter's first birthday party. He had excellent ideas for portraits and group pics as well. He delivered the pictures on time and with great quality. We will definitely hire him for our next party.
The price was very reasonable and affordable. Additionally and more importantly, we were able to get a photo booth from the Oregon Photo Booth Rental Company on very short notice, just a few weeks prior to the wedding. Photo booth was set up on time, but there was no one manning the booth for most of the time. It was easy for most guests to operate the equipment and to complete the memory book. However, at other recent weddings I have been to, someone has been available to assist. There were props available, but they were in a drawer in the photo booth. Many guests did not notice these props, and did not use them. A table should have been used to display props so that guests could see them and use them.
At the end of December I threw a surprise 40th birthday party for my wife. I set it up at Migration Brewing, and thought that it would be fun to have a photo booth for the guests. We decided to use SnapZone Photo Booth. We had a room reserved from 6:00 until the end of the evening, which for us was around 10:30. Since this party was a surprise, and I was bringing my wife after the other guests had arrived, Rick Thames was left to set up everything without my being present. He even contacted the venue on his own to make sure that everything would be in order when he arrived. By the time my wife and I arrived, just before 7:00, the party was under way. After the initial Surprise everyone settled into having a good time. The photo booth was used throughout the entire party. In fact, it had been used for the hour prior to our arrival. There were an assortment of props and it was easy to use. All of the guests enjoyed having several turns at the photo booth, and my wife loved having fun personal memories with all of her friends. Everything from setup to take down was handled professionally and efficiently. I would definitely use Rick Thames again for any future parties. It provided a great time for the guests and some fun, quirky memories.

Our office had both DJ and Magic Mirror Photo booth services from Significa for our Holiday party and everyone was truly impressed and had an absolute blast! The day after our party the team could not stop talking about how much fun they had dancing and already had their photo booth strips hung up by their desks. I received comments about the party being the best the company has ever had, and Significa was a huge part of it! During the customization process before the party, they were quick, responsive, and paid attention to detail, truly making sure everything was exactly how we wanted. Among all my other Holiday tasks I felt like this is the one thing I didn't have to stress about. Collin and Mel were both professional, fun, and easy to work with and I can't wait to work with this team again. Definitely highly recommended!
Ariel did an awesome job at our party. We had about 250 Italian family and friends from all over the US. The party was a surprise birthday party for my 80 year old mother. It couldn't have gone any better. Everyone danced the night away and loved the photo booth as well. Thank you to Ariel and Orange City DJs.
Zack made an impossible task look easy. My wife and I got married on the beach in Oregon back in 2011. It was the most beautiful day on the Oregon coast that you could ever imagine but even so we had a tiny bit of wind to deal with. Zack was able to get the mic set up in a way the reduced ALL of the feedback into the mic from the wind. Once the ceremony was over the party started! Great music across all categories. We danced on the beach late into the night. The beauty of working with someone like Zack is that you're working with someone who truly loves what they do. He's always happy and brings such a positive energy to the event. He's been the DJ of at least 3 more weddings that I've attended and they have all been top notch. Hire them for your event!!! You won't be disappointed.
