Our pricing is transparent and always discussed before starting the job. We offer detailed written estimates, fair rates, and no hidden fees. For large projects, we can work with different budgets and options. We also offer occasional discounts for repeat customers and multi-room projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We start with a conversation to understand the project and goals. 2. I visit the location to take measurements and assess the scope. 3. I provide a detailed estimate with pricing and timeline. 4. Once approved, we schedule the project and begin work. 5. I keep customers updated throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on construction experience and professional training in waterproofing systems such as Schluter, HydroBlock, Fibo, and other advanced tile and remodel technologies. I also hold all required licenses, insurance, and bonding for work in Oregon
