Introduction
Knowledge in food is hard to come by without years of experience. I have worked and lived my dream becoming a chef by working hard and focusing on what I love most. Cooking is not only a lifestyle it is our lives blood we need food to live and the better it tastes the more we'll eat it. I not only cook for those request I also teach those how to cook for future meals. As the saying goes give a man a fish he eats for a day teach a man to fish he eats for life. And that is why I love to provide the knowledge that I have gained in 17 years no professional cooking to those who also have the same passion to be able to create a great meal and satisfy the people who are eating it.

I struggle with cooking but I dont have the money for a personal chef. Cooking classes? Have you seen their rates? I learned how to properly cut a chuck roast, yes that was on sale Hallelujah Winco, into stew pieces. Joesph helped me get into all into the crock pot and then left. He taught me how to properly cut vegetables too. That stew was amazing. The most tender meat I've ever had. I wont tell you his secret on how to get that stew so thick in the crock pot. You'll have to hire him and find out yourself.
