They explained the whole process very well, gave the best quote and shared pictures later of how they did the fixes. They fixed up the vents, put up traps for rodents and came back a week later to nutralize the area and fogged it. they even fixed the vapour barrier, chewed on electrical wire casings and removed all the remaining dead matter.
