Great job cleaning carpet at our SW Hills home. Juan got in touch with us very quickly, gave us a very fair quote. Cleaned up after himself with touch-up microfiber mop on hardwoods. Carpets look and smell great. I like that they spent a lot of time grooming finished product so that fibers dry just as they should stand. Great communication on scheduling and when he was in the way from his previous customer too!

Juan worked to include me in his schedule despite a missed communication. He and his helper arrived later that same day to get my carpet cleaned before the house was scheduled to close the following day. I'm very appreciative of his extra commitment to his customers.

Juan was excellent! On time (actually a tad early), responsive to our needs, answered all our questions and did an excellent job!! We rent out space in our home and the last renters left quite a disgusting carpet behind. Juan professionally cleaned and went over options with us. We will definitely use him again.

Annette took my appointment but Juan cleaned my carpets. He was professional and polite. After being told my carpets may not come clean completely due to how heavily soiled they were (which the WERE) he performed a miracle by making them like new. Great Job! The only downside I would mention is that the carpets took much longer to dry than I was told when I made my appointment. They were dry within several hours but I had been told (because I asked) that they would dry quite quickly because this company uses much less water in its cleaning. Other than that...awesome service. I will definitely use this company again.
