FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size, scope, and complexity of the project. We aim to be transparent and provide clear estimates before work begins. If additional work is needed, we communicate that upfront whenever possible so there are no surprises. For larger projects, permitting, materials, subcontractors, and site conditions can affect the final cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a conversation to understand the project, timeline, and goals. From there, we may schedule a site visit, review the existing conditions, and discuss possible options. Once the scope is clear, we provide an estimate or proposal. After approval, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and any required subcontractors or permits to keep the project moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on residential and commercial construction work, project coordination, subcontractor management, estimating, and jobsite problem-solving. We also work with skilled trades and experienced subcontractors when specialized or licensed work is required.
