I worked out a deal where he is going to help me build a 340ft fence around a duplex I own. Of course being me this is not just any ordinary fence. It is on uneven ground and has a wavy top with a custom board pattern. The most difficult section is a 120ft straight stretch on a treed slope. He built that section straight as an arrow better than I could have done myself and that's saying a lot. I am not an easy person to please when it comes to construction projects. Most contractors I talk to don't qualify and the ones that have the skills are in high demand and charge accordingly so I can't justify them. With Ivan the quality is exceptional, he always arrives on time which in itself is rare in this business. To me he gave a great quote for the work he is doing and he is a great listener so I get what I actually want. I am looking forward to having him help me with other aspects of the remodeling (sheet rocking, hardwood flooring, painting, hanging doors, etc.) and fixing the next property I'll buy.
