Amber Bytheway is my "go-to" designer who I can trust to handle any job creatively and efficiently. She's help build the reputation of my small marketing business because of her outstanding work. Amber has done a few projects for my company so far. She created a recruiting postcard, and she completely redesigned our logos. The best compliment I can give is this: my boss is happy. He has a very strong design-oriented eye, and he's very hard to please. We've been through a couple of other marketing/design firms, and he's been consistently disappointed. Amber impressed him with the recruiting postcard. And she continues to do so! I look forward to a long-term relationship with Amber and her company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on an SOW for each project after a consultation with the client. Smaller, individual projects would be charged at a flat fee of $65/hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a member of the prestigious AIGA for networking and latest trends. I use Lynda.com for software tutorials to expand my working knowledge. I'm an avid reader and follower of many national advertising agencies, industry-leading professionals and previous co-workers that continue with their success in this field.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I lived in Australia, I took a drafting class. The first semester we learned how to draw different angles of toy trucks and tricycles using measurements and math. The second semester blew me away when we transcribed these drawings on the computer via an earlier version of CAD and Illustrator. I was fascinated and drawn (ha-ha) to the idea of artwork on the computer and how it can be used in different mediums.
