Very good customer service, computer knowledge, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again if the need arose... he should probably get some business cards for repeat customers. I was having severe computer lag, I kept receiving error messages, and my internet would drop out for long periods of time with DNS Server Error messages. I have computer familiarity and Googled everything I could think of, but I couldn't figure out what was going on. Mr. Wolf was able to diagnose the problem, clean up the hard drive, restore some fragmented files, and get my computer connected and back to working condition. In addition, he talked me through a couple ways to make my set up more efficient.

He helped me solve an issue with my pc as to its issue with slower speeds. Problem was solved and my pc runs better now. Very polite and professional to deal with.... not like most who make me feel stupid... thanks!!!

The number one reason I chose Grey Wolf PC Repair to help me with a desktop pc issue was every time I call Shawn he answers the phone. He is personable, knowledgeable, and nice. Every other PC repair place I tried to call in Portland Oregon never answers their phone. That drives me crazy. Anyway, Grey Wolf PC Repair diagnosed and replaced my failed hard drive. He was able to transfer all my data, saving me major headaches and install the new hard drive for a great price!! Shawn was clear and honest throughout the process. The whole thing took a few days, which I believe is pretty fast compared to the competition. I recommend him highly!

Encountered a blue screen on my laptop due to a possible virus. Mr. Clay was able to find and remove the virus and restore my laptop as if nothing happened. He did a great job.
