About
I've been in this profession starting in 1993 and since then I've had many job opportunities to perfect my skills. Almost every customer I have tells me that they love my attention to detail. It's the little things that appreciative customers notice, and remember, because the large things everyone can see. I look forward to showing each and every customer the same treatment.
Thank you,
Ryan Mulkey

I reached out to Ryan for my projects because all his ratings are 5 stars and he lived up to his rating. He listens, makes suggestions, gets right to work and was very pleasant to have in my house all day. He fixed a garbage disposal leak, cleaned up some electrical issues and ripped out closets, built-ins and a pantry. He cleaned up everything and was very efficient. I’m looking forward to having him come back for additional jobs.

We had a lot of issues with places like Home Depot not being able to install our dishwasher correctly. Ryan was the only one who was able to come in and figure it out for a great price! He was also really nice 😊

Ryan really knows his stuff! He did a great job in removing an old washer/dryer and installing our new appliances. Our water heater had to be removed and he set up the appliances in a much more nicer layout. He even cleaned out our vents from the dryer which isn't easy to get to. We will definitely be contacting him for our next project!

We had to take out our old over-the-range microwave that was most-likely put in before the cabinetry was built around it. Plus a new microwave had to be installed. - Ryan kept his word, kept us posted about the time he'd be in, and although he got tied up elsewhere, he made sure he still kept in contact. He came on Friday night to get the removal and installation done. He did a good job, even when it was a complicated removal. He did not complain and had a very positive attitude which we appreciated since he worked until 10:30pm.
If I could select more categories, I would also add professional. The charge for the job was reasonable as well.
Apparently, he likes the variety of jobs he works on.
I would definitely recommend Ryan and call on Handy Hands again.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very competitive in this field and I believe my pricing reflects this. I always say I would rather give a fair, by the hour quote, than to have the customer be caught off guard with an overpriced all inclusive estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each time I start with a new customer I make sure that they know my rate so that is transparent and what they can expect the job to look like when its finished. Some customers don't want to know every step of the process they just want it done correctly and efficiently but for the ones that do want to know I gladly give my time and ideas so they can feel reassured that it will be done just how they would like it to be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained my knowledge and experience by solely being emersed in this field through on the job training.
