Nueva Vista did a fantastic job distributing a big pile of wood chips throughout my yard. They responded quickly, came out for an estimate the same day, and did the work the next day. What customers need to know about my pricing is that they are reasonable for the type of jobs that I do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is that I first get in contact with them so that we can schedule a meeting for me to take a look at the job that they want done. Once I take a good look and see what needs to be done and how I will then contact them again and let them know my estimate. If they agree with my price, we just then schedule a day for me to get the work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training that I have that relates to my work is that before having my own company I worked for several others. Thats how I was able to gain experience and focus on my company.
