I had a large branch fall from an older Thundercloud plum tree, and knew some work was needed to prevent more of the same. I asked for a bid, and was contacted within a few hours. Carlos showed up for the estimate and the work on time, and the work was completed quickly, clean-up was thorough, and my tree looks much better and is undoubtedly less hazardous because of thoughtful pruning by the Pacific Time crew. There was a minor mishap which Carlos told me about and it was corrected promptly. A true straight-up company. I absolutely would use them again and will recommend to anyone needing tree work.

The Pacific Time Trees crew came as promised, completed their work, shredded the cut limbs, and cleaned up all the excess. I'm satisfied that they did the work as described for a fair price and look forward to calling them again next time I need tree trimming.
