We configure all the settings of the equipment to insure proper performance, including updating firmware and linking equipment to internet streaming services. We insure your Wifi network is working properly. We program all major brands of universal remote controls with a computer, including remotes from URC, RTI, and Logitech Harmony. We take the time to walk through and train the customer on how to operate the equipment. But where we really stand out is we help you after the install, providing tech support for a year.
