Graham was BEYOND WONDERFUL. W e had a combined memorial for both of my parents in May, 2025. I knew that, in my grief, I'd have no memory of the memorial after it was over, so hired Graham to video the event. I chose to hire him because, from the outset, he was the most compassionate of the 8 videographers I spoke with. Most said things like "sorry for your loss", but it was clear that, with Graham, it was more than just a perfunctory condolence. Also, given the circumstances, he was amazingly generous with his time and offered to take the job considerably below market rate, which was a godsend. I also very much appreciated that, where other videographers had pushed for "upsale" opportunities with respect to the video, Graham gently mentioned things other clients had requested in addition to capturing the general ceremony, eulogies, and remembrances, such as providing the opportunity for people who were uncomfortable speaking in front of the whole group to record individual remembrances privately. Furthermore, he OFFERED these "extras"--at no additional charge. When it came to doing the work, he was hugely responsive and respectfully punctual. And, of course, the quality of his work far exceeded my expectations. Upon receiving the first version of the video there were a few edits that requested. Not surprisingly, Graham took these in stride, provided kind and insightful feedback about the impact of my editorial requests, and then quickly provided a version with the changes. The final result was so much better than I'd hoped for.... I'm enormously grateful to have had found Graham to do this work, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Graham at MRC provided live streaming of my wife's memorial service, and provided a very high-quality 4K video of the event afterward. He incorporated the slide-show video into the recording, so we have this as a keepsake. The video and audio was perfect. Everyone connected heard every word, and felt every emotion because the quality was so good. I can't say enough about Graham's responsiveness, compassion and professionalism. He covered every contingency so that the live stream would not be interrupted. Our family and friends across the country were able to share in the day because of Graham's great work. This was truly money well spent. I would recommend MRC to anyone!

Wow! We are so grateful to have hired Graham as our videographer for our daughter's wedding! Graham is extremely professional. He instantly developed a working rapport with the photographer from another company. Graham was funny, engaging, and had great crowd energy. The wedding guests assumed he was a family friend due to his warmth and friendliness. He arrived early to the venue and worked tirelessly to capture all the wonderful moments. He had special equipment for filming outdoor weddings, so that the wind and rain did not distort the sound. Did I mention he is very affordable? I can't imagine hiring anyone else for future videographic needs.
