I met with the owner and got a realistic quote that was based on doing the job correctly and thoroughly instead of spending less and potentially being unhappy. I appreciated his honest appraisal and reluctance to do a job less than 100%. While I didn't go forward with the job, I have no doubt Zen doesn't cut corners--something one might have to pay a premium for, but it's probably worth it. If I have a job in the future, they'd be my first choice.

Zen Window & Door get my five star rating! I had an exterior door replaced with a ProVia door and the entire experience was excellent. The sales individual (Pierce) was knowledgeable , answered all my questions and followed through exceptionally well. The project manager (David) had tons of experience and was able to troubleshoot the eccentricities of my older home without difficulty. The owner (Mike) came by on installation day just to make sure everything was progressing as planned. I got bids from four other well-known companies in Portland but was most comfortable with Zen. Can't recommend them enough!

Zen Windows was amazing from start to finish. It was super easy to set up a free estimate/ consult, which they gave us sound advice about the condition of the windows and recommendations. Their bid was also better than most. They kept us informed about the timeline from ordering and scheduling for install so really appreciated the communication. David was great with the install and follow up afterwards. Highly recommend them for price, quality, and service.

They were very informative, ask if I have any questions. They were on time. They Were very precise and detailed. They did a great job and worked until all the windows were in without a break.
