- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always best to meet at the project location in person to ensure no information is left out. Goal is to find out customer's needs (budget, timeline, desired materials, etc) and to promptly get an itemized estimate sent with detailed information on how the project would be executed and what you are paying for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We ensure that our team obtains relevant certifications on trades that we work on the most, to ensure that our projects are built to code and to manufacturers standards.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
By working in the construction industry for over a decade, thus building a network of vendors and clients and building strong relationships.
