Da-Vinci painting did a fantastic job on formal room, entry way, and master bedroom! They were punctual in completing the project and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend! They took the stress out of the project.

I used Da-Vinci Painting and Construction to paint my house over a year ago. I went with them as they were able to do everything. I needed my house painted, but I also needed my deck stained, boards on my deck replaced, a window replaced as well as some trim work. Their attention to detail and craftmanship was outstanding and final paint job looked great. Fast forward a year, I had them do the painting of my rental house. Their pricing is a little more, but they were able to do everything! And the quality of the product was outstanding. It is true, you get what you pay for! And with Da-Vinci Painting and Construction you get a quality finished product.

The Da Vinci Construction and Painting company just completed a major exterior home renovation for me. First and foremost, they did an excellent job, and the place looks beautiful now. They replaced deteriorated siding and painted the home. The painting job was very detailed, thorough, and looks fantastic.
I chose Da Vinci over other companies that submitted proposals, because the Da Vinci estimator showed me which areas of siding were bad and which were not and didn't need replacement. And, the Da Vinci bid was very reasonable. Other companies recommended more extensive siding replacement without explaining why it was needed, and their costs were considerably higher. I felt much more confident that Da Vinci would do the work that was actually needed and hadn't inflated their proposal.
In addition, all the Da Vinci staff was very helpful, courteous, and promptly responded to questions and concerns as we went along. I think I had the best possible experience with Da Vinci. I will ask them to do future work for me and will recommend them to others without reservation.

It was October of 2019 just before the rain season in Gresham stated up. The caulking of our Hardi-plank siding needed to be replaced and the house needed to be painted. The outdoor water spigot needed be be replaced and some of the trim that outdoor lighting was installed in. The outer fence gates needed to be replaced too.
Leo came and gave the lowest estimate with some of the highest quality paint so we chose Da Vinci and they had in knocked out in record time right before the rain started.
I'm very pleased with the results and am very glad we chose Da Vinci.

First How long the company has been in business, ask if the contractor will be using their own employees or if some subcontractors will be involved, ask for references or check their online reviews, finally ask as many questions possible related to the estimating project, that should show the self confidence of the contractor answering the questions.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet for a free estimate, we send the proposal based on the client’s needs, we include itemized and clear quotes, if they like our price and they trust us to do their project, then we schedule the starting date, we provide a completion time frame, when the job is done we do a walk through, making sure our new client is satisfied, if everything is ok and client is satisfied, we send them a final invoice and they happily pay knowing they’ll be backed up with a good warranty on the finished project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been working in construction and painting for 25 years gave me all the skills needed for these type of work, I have trained most of my employees for years and the results have been amazing
