In short, we could not be happier with PDX Repair Team. We will absolutely hire them again based on their clear communication, quality of work, and fair pricing. We recommend them without hesitation. Best experience ever on Thumbtack over the past 10 years or so. Communication was quick and consistent, both through Thumbtack and later by text. We hired them for some basic electrical work, including installing and removing several lights and a bathroom fan. Jeff, the electrician, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When the job was done, the final bill was more than reasonable.

Tyler responded immediately upon my request for a second story light fixture replacement. Jeff from PDX Repair Team engineered a metal replacement housing for a broken plastic ceiling light fixture housing and reset the fixture. Also flushed a water heater, disconnected and capped a malfunctioning fan timer, and diagnosed a dripping kitchen faucet that will need replacement, all within a 3-hour window. Very capable and efficient; pleased with the result.
