- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on Good, Better, and Wow! design estimates. Pricing varies based on the size of the project and types of fixtures used. We only use the highest quality American made light fixtures, guaranteeing a 20 year warranty on all of our systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 7 step system that we use from start to finish. Step 1: Initial Consultation - Meet each other and figure out your wants and needs in a lighting system. Step 2: Design & Proposal - We create a custom lighting design specific to your property and offer Good, Better, and WOW! options and discuss which one is best for you. Step 3: Nighttime Demo - This is a complimentary service we provide so you can see your lighting design on your home before you make any purchase decisions. Step 4: Agreement - Make any adjustments and finalize project details, schedule an install date, sign contract, and collect deposit. Step 5: Delivery - This is when your lighting system gets installed. Step 6: Follow Up - After installation, we'll do an on site walkthrough to review your system and make any adjustments if needed. Step 7: Referrals and Reviews - Being a client of ours lets you utilize our extended list of professional contacts for other projects you may have.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they specialize in that area of work and check their past projects. Oregon Outdoor Lighting focuses solely on outdoor lighting design and installation. That is all we do. It is not just a side service that we offer.
